The work

Work that can grow with your capability.

The active role will be matched to demonstrated ability. Developing technicians need a foundation; experienced technicians should be ready to own more involved work.

01

Everyday shop work

  • PA safety inspections and emissions work
  • Brakes, suspension, steering, and chassis repairs
  • Factory maintenance and fluid services
  • Vehicle checkovers, evaluations, and clear recommendations
  • General mechanical repair on European and performance vehicles

02

Larger repair work

  • Timing chain and timing belt service
  • Engine-out repairs
  • Transmission removal and replacement
  • Major mechanical repairs
  • Diagnostics and troubleshooting when the job requires it

What we look for

Potential matters. So do standards.

Experience changes what someone can be trusted with on day one. It does not change the expectation to be honest, dependable, teachable, and careful with the work.

What matters at every level

  • A real interest in automotive repair and a willingness to keep learning
  • Reliability, accountability, and respect for the rest of the team
  • Careful work without shortcuts or pretending to know what you do not know
  • Willingness to follow repair information, procedures, and shop processes
  • Clear documentation and communication
  • Pride in clean work and the finished result
  • A valid driver's license

Experience that helps

  • Automotive education, apprenticeship, or professional shop experience
  • European vehicle experience
  • Diagnostic and electrical experience
  • PA safety inspection or emissions license
  • Timing, engine, or transmission experience
  • Higher-end, performance, or specialty vehicle experience

How we work

Skill gets you in. Standards make the fit.

We care about output, but not shortcut output. The work should be correct, clean, documented, and ready to stand behind.

What matters here

  • Do the job correctly the first time
  • Respect procedures, torque specifications, and details
  • Keep work clean, organized, and documented
  • Communicate when the scope or plan changes
  • Produce consistent work and keep jobs moving
  • Take feedback and keep improving

What does not work here

  • Guessing instead of testing or checking information
  • Careless work or repeated preventable mistakes
  • Poor documentation or ignoring procedures
  • Low output with no sense of urgency
  • A know-it-all attitude that gets in the way of the team
  • Hiding a knowledge gap instead of asking, learning, and improving
