A code may identify a system or condition, but it does not always identify the failed part. Good diagnostics use freeze-frame data, live data, service information, testing, and symptom confirmation. The goal is not to sell parts. The goal is to understand what failed and why.
What we diagnose
We diagnose warning lights, check engine lights, drivability issues, misfires, readiness monitors, emissions concerns, electrical faults, charging issues, module communication problems, leaks with sensor faults, and performance complaints.
- Scan data, freeze-frame data, live values, and readiness status.
- Fault tracing for warning lights, drivability, electrical, and emissions issues.
- Platform-specific tools such as ODIS/VCDS for VW/Audi and PIWIS-supported diagnostics for Porsche where applicable.
Our diagnostic process
We listen to the concern, scan the vehicle, identify the conditions that set the fault, inspect the system, run supporting tests, and verify the result. When needed, validation can include road testing or AWD Dynojet measurement.
Why European diagnostics are different
European vehicles rely on networked modules, precise control strategies, and platform-specific procedures. Replacing the part named in a code can miss wiring, adaptation, mechanical, software, or related-system causes.
